Someone should really supervise these two...

So every time Sam and Dad get together Dad usually ends up w/ a head wound of some sort... Last time Sam and Dad went to a water park in Ogden, and Dad was going to fast down one of the slides, and hit his head and knocked himself out. Sam and the lifeguard went in to help Dad, and from what I can remember of the story Dad comes up out of the water, doesn't recognize Sam (his son...) and goes to punch him! LOL, so then Sam convinces Dad that he's his son, and Sam proceeds to take him to the hospital, on the way there, Dad kept asking the same questions, and forgetting he'd already asked it, and it was making Sam laugh so hard. Dad ended up w/ quite the goose egg on his forehead.

THIS time... Sam and his wife Melissa live in Hawaii, they recently had a BEAUTIFUL baby girl, and Dad and Mom went to go visit and meet their newest grand baby (number 8). Their FIRST DAY there... Sam takes Dad to the ocean to go snorkeling, sounds harmless right?? I'd think so too. But remember... This is Dad and Sam... So Dad goes out and is swimming around when he gets sucked in by a rip tide and ends up smacking his head on some reef... now I've never been to Hawaii, but I've heard the reef is nothing to be reckoned with. So this is the product of the recent head wound. At least this time Dad recognized Sam...

At the hospital waiting to be treated.

After the hospital all cleaned up. The wound is clear to the skull. My Dad is a trooper though. He said it "doesn't hurt". I said "Yeah... it looks like it doesn't hurt... NOT!"

Like I said... Someone should really supervise these two...
